Direct Civil Ltd operates with the latest total station and GNSS survey equipment which provides incredible efficiency and simplicity never seen before in land surveying. The company also uses Liscad engineering and surveying software to draw plans, provide volumes, cross sections, digital terrain models and set out information.

Under the General Conditions of Contract for Civil Engineering Construction, NZS 3910:2003, setting out is the contractors responsibility. This contractual requirement has been established so the contractor takes full responsibility for meeting construction tolerance and timing requirements. We pride our selves in giving accurate, prompt, efficient and user friendly / practical setting out for contractors, at a competitive rate.

Our setting out methods help eliminate construction mistakes and overuse of expensive materials. While on site, we can also check and measure work for QA, quantities for monthly claims and as built purposes.
